Critical RN, LLC offers expertise in analyzing complex medical issues for their clients. As our primary service, we provide medical record review, analysis, interpretation and summary to plaintiff and defense attorneys, healthcare providers and other organizations.

Our founder and leading consultant, Susan McDonough, uses her unique combination of liberal arts and nursing education together with her diverse long term experience in the medical arena, to assist her clients in developing powerful cases.

McDonough and her associates are medical-detectives; they sift through medical records looking for the facts regardless of whether they support or refute a legal or medical claim. We are ready to screen cases, address the relevant standards of care, perform research and help our clients make merit decisions or determine exposure and potential liability. We have access to a local and national network of medical and nursing professionals in many specialties to engage when needed.
